We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel in the Cancun area. The atmosphere was amazing, and the staff members were extremely attentive and provided excellent service. The food and drinks were delicious, and the breakfast was especially enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a lovely pool and a rooftop area that we loved. The location was perfect, as it was situated in the center of the main streets and was very close to beautiful beaches. Everything was very clean, giving us peace of mind with their biosecurity protocols. We are grateful for the exceptional service provided by Vicente, Pricilla, Fatima, Abraham, Ivan, Eduardo. We are already planning our return!

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. the exclusive amenities provided a luxurious and relaxing stay. the spa and wellness centre was impressive, with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi that were all very clean. the staff provided excellent service and the restaurant served delicious dishes.
The only minor issue I encountered was limited beach access. While the hotel is located in a prime location, the beach area was small and could have been improved.

The location of this adults-only boutique hotel is perfect - close to everything without being in the loud center of PCD, on the beach, and in the center of the streets. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and well-decorated bathrooms. The staff provides exceptional service, ensuring a wonderful stay. The breakfast on the 1st floor is delicious and the quiet environment adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooftop pool area is a great place to unwind, with bar service and a food menu.
The coffee corner on the 1st floor could use improvement - the coffee served there is often cold and not good.

We were impressed by the quality of the restaurant options, including special diet menus and outdoor dining areas.
